DEBT MORATORIUM
AUSTRALIAN INTENTION SYDNEY, August 29 The Prime Minister of Australia, Mr. R. G. Mcnzies, announced to-day that regulations would be gazetted within a few days providing easy access to appropriate tribunals for people wishing to apply for a moratorium in respect of debts and other financial obligations arising out of tho war. He said the Government was convinced that there was no justification for the provision of a general moratorium.
