DEATH: OF DR. MALONEY MELBOURNE. August 20 The death is announced of Dr. William Maloney, the oldest member of the Federal Parliament, at the age of 86. The deceased, a doctor of medicine, was first elected to the 1' edonil Parliament in. 1903. and lie had since held his seat continuously. He first entered the Victorian Parliament in 1889. In March last year-,he completed 50 years as a member of Parliament
