MONEY AND" MATERIALS BULLETIN OF INSTRUCTION , [BY TELEGRAPH OWN COMIF.SPONDENT] WELLINGTON, Thursday Attention was drawn at yesterday's meeting of the Wellington Provincial Patriotic Council to a bulletin of instruction being circularised to Lady Gnlway Patriotic Guilds throughout New Zealand. Tho bulletin emphnsised that all moneys collected by guilds must bo paid to the provincial patriotic council, This council would make grants to the guild for out-of-pockot expenses. It was not desirable at present to purchase new material for clothes for refugees, as sufficient second-hand goods were on hand for the guild's purposes for some considerable timo to come. New material would be needed to renovate some garments, but none should be purchased for making new garments.
