RUSSIANS DEFIED
(Received August 11, 5.35 p.m.) ■ LONDON, AngusHO It is reported from Berlin that the Lithuanians are defying the Russians who are endeavouring to assume control of the Lithuanian Legation. The secretary of the Legation slammed the door in the Russians' face and declared that, as far as he was concerned, they could "go and fly a kite."
