NEW YORK, July 20 Mr. James Roosevelt, film producer and eldest son of the President, has acquired tiie distribution rights ot' the British anti-German film "Pastor Hall," which is based 011 the case of Pastor Xicmoller, imprisoned Lutheran clergyman. The dramatist Robert Sherwood is writing a prologue to explain why the film will he shown in America. The prologue will ho spoken by Mrs. Roosevelt.
