BOMBER AT KERIKERI

DELAY FOR INSPECTION [by telegraph—own correspondent] WHANGAREI. Friday The Baffin bomber that was forced to remain at the Kerikeri aorodromo on account of the stormy weather after it had landed there on Wednesday afternoon for refuolling is still on the ground. The machine is not damaged, but the Air Force regulations require an inspection every 24 hours, and until this inspection is carried out the bomber cannot leave the ground. It was oxpected that an aeroplane would come from Whenuapai to-day with an inspecting officer, but the latest information is that the trip will not' be made until to-morrow. In the meantime Pilot-Officer C. G. Andrews and his crew of two are remaining at Kerikeri. The machine is being guarded by members of the National Military Reserve,
