Pressilre was low also in the south Tasman. Forecast: South-east to southwest ' winds, strong in some exposed positions in the North Island, but mainly light to fresh. Seas rather rough to rough north of Kaikoura and Farewell Spit, elsewhere slight or« moderate. Weather cloudy and unsettled, with further rain in most districts, but especially in eastern areas between East Cape and Banks Peninsula, )vhere some heavy falls are likely. Temperatures moderate in the north, cold in the south.
