LORRY DRIVER FINED
| FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT] PDKEKOHE, Friday An Auckland lorry owner, Roy Melgren, who drove through to Mercer 011 June 12, purchased a big load of pine slabs, and brought it back to Auckland for sale as firewood, was ordered to pay £7 in fines and £1 costs by Mr F. H. Levien, S.M., in the Pukokohe Court. One charge was that he carried the load without "having a goods service licence, and the other that he operated the . truck without a current heavy traffic licence. ,
