224 DEATHS IN SIX DAYS NEW YORK, July 24 It is reported tlint 224 persons , are dead as a result of the six-day heat wave. The maximum shade temperature in South Dakota is 115. South Carolina housewives have been warned to keep their eggs in refrigerators to prevent their hatching.
