CHAMPIONSHIP FIXTURES OLD BOYS AND PONSONBY The main attraction at Blandford Park to-morrow in tho Auckland Football Association's championship will be tho meeting of Mount Albert Grammar Old Boys and Ponsonby. Both teams arc playing sound football at present, and a bright contest should result. Although somewhat belated, the entry of a team from Papakura Camp should infuse new blood into the competition, this team will play Abels in the early game at headquarters. Abels has shown improvement lately, while tho Papakura team is said to include many representative players. Oneiiungu and Thistle will meet at tho Domain, and Royal Air Force will travel to Devonport. Eastern Suburbs and Y.M.C.A. will try conclusions at St. Heliers.
