SOLDIER IN COURT
Charged with stealing a pair of boots, valued at 27s 6d, and a pair of gumboots, valued at 10s 6d, tho property of.a city firm, Reginald Oliver Castle, aged 25, seaman and soldier, appeared before Mr. J. Morling, S.M., in the Police Court yesterday. Both chargos wore admitted. Sentence of one month's imprisonment was imposed on the first charge, accused being convicted and discharged on the second.
