Thursday The question of the extension of the Franklin Power Board's reticulation lines from Glenmurray to Waikaretu was discussed with the power board at Pukekolie by Mr. P. Sutton, as a deputation from the settlers of the Waikaretu district. It was pointed out that the load offering so far represented an income of only 10 per cent per annum on the cost of building the extension, whereas 16 per cent constituted a payable load. The board deputed its chairman, Mr. J. Dean, with another member, ]\lr. L. W. Ivcals, and the engineer, Mr. L. G. Sharp, and secretary, Mr. A. J.
