EDUCATION BOARD MEMBER
Sir, —A great many people who are interested in the schools will be genuinely pleased to see that Mr. C. S. Morris has been elected to the Education Board. For many years he has done trojan work for education, not only in the Newton Schools' District, but for the cause generally. He has long been known as the children's friend. May we offer congratulations to Mr. Morris and wish him success in his more extended sphere. J. WoOLLER, Sometime headmaster Newton West School.
