FAITH IN VICTORY
PRAYER MEETING ADDRESS The force of right in the Empire's struggle was emphasised by the Rer. A. S. Wilson at a prayer gathering arranged by the committee of the Christian Businessmen's Luncheon Club in the Lewis Eadv Hall yesterday. The service was conducted by Mr. Wilson and Mr. S. Barry. Mr. Wilson said that, in spite of sins and .shortcomings, God would, in answer to the prayers of the righteous, bring the Empire through victoriously. He urged his listeners to go abroad professing confidence in victory for the British arms, and recalled incidents in the Great War where well-laid German plans had been thwarted only by tho intervention of God. What God had done then He could do again.
