PRISON FOR ASSAULT
[by telegraph—OWN correspondent] EOTOR.ua, Tuesday A sentence of two months' gaol was, passed on Luis Edwards, alias Edward Mahanga, when he appeared in the Potorua Police Court on a charge of assault,. Sergeant Tocher stated that Mr. A. H. Oakes, a bus driver, had observed Edwards creating a nuisance and had spoken to him. Edwards had felled him with a blow from behind.
