VEHICLES OVERLOADED
. A cliargo of loading a motor-lorry in excess of its licensed capacity was brought against tho Waiuku Timber Company, Limited, in tbe Magistrate's Court at Otahuhu yesterday. The magistrate, Mr: W. R. McKean, said it was apparently intentionally overloaded. The defendant firm was fined £l2. A similar charge was preferred against William John Parsons, the owner of a heavy vehicle, and Victor Lewis Shuter, the driver. Shuter was fined £5 and Parsons £!► '
