JUNIOR CONTROL BOARD - Tho Junior Control Board of the Auckland Rugby Leaguo granted permission last evening to raise tho weights on all weighted grades by 4lb. the usual allowances to apply. Tho weighing committee reported that boys were finding difficulty in getting down to tho present scale. , The Norlhcole Club notified that Stafford Park was available, for play this season. The R.V. and Mount Albert Clubs withdrew their fourth grade nominations, The Papnkura Club nominated fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh grade teams. Transfers were granted to L. Wallnank, from R.V. to Richmond, and C. Davis, from Glen Ora to North Shore, S. Green (Ayondale) was granted a regrading from third to fourth. The applications of 25 new players were approved.
