DOMINION AND AUSTRALIA (Received April 0, 0.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, April 0 Mr. J. Noseda, secretary of the New South Wales Rugby Union, said to-day that he was not in the least surprised at the New Zealand Union's reported decision to eliminate tours during tho war. He added: "Our communication with New Zealand was more in tho nature of a feeler respectng its plans, but was not a definite invitation. New Zealand could havo accepted if it wished." Wo havo not lost sight of 'tho national circumstances.' "
' JUNIOR MANAGEMENT A decision to recommend to the Auckland Rugby Union the affiliation of the Trinity College Club with the University Club was mado at last night's meeting of the junior management board of tho Auckland Rugby Union. The following transfers were granted: R. Chalwin, S. Philip, Eden fifth grade to Technical Old Boys.
