SOLDIER'S FUNERAL
DEATH AFTER ACCIDENT [nv trcr,kgTiai■ h —own ooint i:si>onoknt] KOTORTTA. Sunday Military honours wore accorded at the funeral in Rothrua yesterday of Quartermaster-Sergeant F. M. Boord, who (lied in tin: Wnikato Hospital oh Friday morning as a result of injuries received in a motor accident earlier in the week. Quartermnstcr-Sergeant Boord was a member of the second eclielon. A large number of returned soldiers and members of the Second New Zealand Expeditionary Force marched at the bead of the cortege. The casket was covered with the Union .'Jack and at the conclusion of the service at the graveside the Last Tost was sounded by Lieutenant T. Tregilgns.
