LEADERS' OBJECTIVES CONFERENCE SUGGESTED (Received March HI. 5.5 p.m.) DELHr. March 30 The president of the Moslem League, Mahomed Ali .Tinnah has invited Mahatma Gandhi to confer privately with him about partitioning India into Moslem and Hindu States. In an interview lie said he would ho satisfied with Dominion status for Moslem India within tlio British Commonwealth. "Gandhi, like me, knows India is not ready for <;6inploto independence!," lie added. The headquarters officials of the AllIndia Congress at Allahabad have ordered the provincial organisations to enrol those who will sign a pledge to join in a civil disobedience campaign under Gandhi's conditions.
