EIGHTY* PATIENTS TREATED NO SERIOUS CASES EFFICIENT ORGANISATION From the time the funeral train, reached Auckland until the last at tlie graveside, the help of the St. John Ambulance organisations was. available to the public,, All told nine ambulances, a mobile hospital ancl officers of the association were on duty 1 at ;f:ip«opriatc points, and nearlv 450 hriga 3e units were in Jittendanee along the ;route. Among them they treated about; 80 .cases of slight collapse and fainting, most of them women patients. Th • manner in which members of the St. ,'olin Ambulance Brigade did their work was the subject of, commendation by bi»th Mr.'C. J. Tunks, commissioner and Mr. F. J. Hutchinson, assistant commissioner. Both said the biigade was to he congratulated for the large number on parade and the efficiency of the organisation.
