ANZAC DAY CEREMONY PARADE AT CENOTAPH CAPTAIN PARRY AS LEADER So successful was tlie dawn parade in Auckland last year in commemoration of the landing of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps at Gallipoli, that a similar observance will be held at the Cenotaph on Aiix.ne Day, April 25, this year. It will mark the 25th anniversary of the historic landing. Captain W. E. Piirrv, commanding H.M.S. Achilles, will lead the parade.

The parade is being organised by the Australian Imperial Force Ex-Service-men's Association,* in co-operation with the Auckland Returned' Soldiers' Association and the Gallipoli Association. A large muster of ex-servicemen, soldiers and sailors is expected.- The veterans will include a number of men who have once again responded to the call of their country in the present conflict.

The Government will bo officially represented, and members of Parliament will also attend. The Mayor of Auckland. Sir Ernest Davis, and members of the Auckland City Council will be present, as will be the Mayors, chairmen and members of other local bodies. The form of the parade will be the same as last year, but it will start at live o'clock, half an hour later. Prayers will be offered by the Mow H. K. Vickerv, and Captain Parry will pronounce the Anzac dedication. Captain Parry will then place a wreath on the Cenotaph. Alter the "Last Post" a silence of one minute will be observed. This will be followed by a hymn by tlie Auckland Commercial Travellers' Association choir, a short address by All - . Vickerv, and the singing of another hymn. The benediction will then be pronounced, after which the "Heveille" will be sounded. The ceremony will close with the singing of the National Anthem.
