FOR GARDEN LOVERS
"Week-End Garden," by Phoebe Fenwick Gave, is a hook which most people interested in gardening would read with pleasure and profit. The record of seven years' experience in rescuing an old garden from the wild, of many failures as well as successes, and of the ways of the fauna as well as of the flora of the Suffolk countryside is as instructive as it is entertaining. Most of the illustrations by Nancy Lord are from photographs of growing plants. "Week-end G.-irden," by Phoebn Fenwick Gayc. (Collins.)
