INTERIOR DECORATION POINTS WORTH REMEMBERING !n redecorating and paint* ing it is necessary for the house owner to have some little knowledge of the subject of decoration beside a preference for certain colours or wallpaper designs. The following points may prove useful: In interior decoration it is well to remember that a room consists of floor, walls and ceiling. The floor should be treated so that it leaves the impression of being the most solid of the three. The walls are the next consideration. They should be coloured lighter than the floor but darker than the ceiling. The ceiling corresponds with the sky and should be the lightest of the three, thus following nature's own colour scheme.
