COLONEL N. S. FALLA COMPLETING BUSINESS AFFAIRS [BY TKLKGK.VPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Friday The chairman of directors, and managing director of. the Union Steam Ship Company. Colonel X. S. Falla, is on a brief visit to Wellington concerning shipping and Tasinan Airways affairs before he assumes military duties as overseas base commandant of the Second New Zealand Expeditionary Force. Among matters engaging his attention 011 his visit to England last year, he said, was the building of rt new passenger vessel for the WellingtonLyttelton service of similar and speed to the Hangatira, but tho project had had to be postponed owing to the war until it was again practicable to build, when the Work would be put in hand.
