Mr. E. Phillips Oppenheim, whose stories of international intrigues and spies are so well known, in his new book, "The Milan Grili Room," provides a sequel to his former novel, "The Pulpit in the Grill Room." Once again tho clients of the famous restaurant are a strange lot, and the maitre d'hotel, who lias been given his post for a set purpose, circumvents more than one nefarious scheme.
