Achilles were entertained at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A. Conning, Elstow, on Saturday. The guests of honour were Potty-Officer A. Conning, brother of the host, and Stoker J. Green. Vivid stories of their experiences wore related by tlie guests, who also allowed photographs of the engagement on the River Plate.
