ALLIES' WAR AIMS

A discussion on tlie pamphlet on war aims by the economist G. D. H. Cole, led In- Mr. W. T. G. Airey, was held at a lunch hour meeting of the Auckland branch of the League of Nations Union yesterday. There was an urgent need for a clear statement of war aims, said Mr. Airey, on the part of the British and French Governments.
