MEN OF THE ACHILLES CONCESSION ARRANGED [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Tuesday A further expression of the Dominion's apprpciation of the services of those who took part in the River Plate action is indicated in an arrangement which has been mado between the cable authorities and the New Zealand Government, which will enable each member of the complement of H.M.S. Achilles to send a free telegram to his relatives abroad. The Postmaster-General, the Hon. F. Jones, said this privilcgo was similar to that accorded by the authorities in December, when shortly after tho action New Zealand ofiicers and ratings on the Achilles and their relatives in tho. Dominion had 1 the privilege of exchanging free personal messages.
