The maximum price at which second-hand sacks (commonly known to the grain and seed trade as "once shot" or "doublebrushed flour" sacks), sizo 40 x 26% in, weighing not less than 2%1b, and 48 x 20y 2 in, weighing not less than 2%1b, may be sold at any place in New Zealand, shall be not morn than 1/1 per sack, buyer's nearest port, when sold by way of sale by wholesale, and 1/2 per sack, ex store, when soldi by way of salo by retail. 4. The price at which sound unbruslied flour sacks may be purchased at any place in New Zealand: shall bo lid per sack, ex bakehouse. 5.
