X-RAY WITHOUT FEE
A decision not to charge a fee_ for X-ray examination of persons examined with a view to determining ■if their condition is such that they should be admitted to hospital, and who are subsequently admitted, was reached at a meeting of the Hospital Board last night. The medical superintendent, Dr. . W. Craven, reported that no charge was made in the case of in-patients, and it would appear that this should apply also where an X-ray examination was necessary prior to immediate admission.
