Morrow visited a motor-car on the Te A rob a racecourse on Saturday they found a seven-months-old baby lying on the hack seat in an exhausted condition. The parents had gone away leaving the car completely closed up. The child's head was covered with a blanket and it was evident that tire baby was suffocating. It was necessary for the traffic inspector to force the door open, and the police spent a considerable time in reviving the semi-conscious baby.
