MEAT RATIONING

BRITISH PREPARATIONS British "Wireless LONDON, Feb. 5 Officials of the Food Ministry to-day stated that the Minister, Mr. W. S. Morrison, will announce the commencement date, and the quantity, of meat rationing very shortly. Adverse weather conditions have affected transport, which is largely concerned in the working of the scheme.
