LOAN FROM BRITAIN
SPANISH NEGOTIATIONS LONDON. Dec. 2S The Spanish Under-Secretary of Commerce, Senor Pedro Solis, stated in an interview, savs the Lisbon correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain: "I do not deny that there have been talks with a view to obtaining a loan from Britain. We bear in mind our capacity for payment, and shall not accept any obligation that Spain cannot fulfil."
