THREE CLASSES EXEMPT [BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON. Thursday An amendment to the alien control regulations exempting three classes of persons who would otherwise be affected by these regulations is published with to-night's Gazette. The classes exempted in* future will be those who became naturalised British subjects before August 4, 1914, those born in British Dominions whose parents became naturalised British subjects before August 4, 1914, and also persons born in New Zealand, presumably of alien parents, who have lived in. New Zealand all their lives.
