NEW LONDON LINES (Received November 17, 5.5 p.m.) British Wireless LONDON, Nov. 16 War conditions in London have not prevented the inauguration of an important railway extension which has been under construction for the past two years. From Monday Bakerloo line trains will run over the Metropolitan and suburban lines to_ the north-west and new stations Tvill be opened at Swiss Cottage and St. John's Wood, the latter supplanting the small and inconvenient _ station through which so many millions of people passed en route to Lord's cricket ground.
