Oct. 25 Hungary is reported to have received assurances of Italian and Yugo«lav aid,if she has to fight Russia, says 8 message from Budapest. It is added that if Russia invades Bessarabia, Hungary will march into Transylvania, making the Carpathians a barrier against the movement of Communism further west. FINNS AND SOVIET NEW RUSSIAN PROPOSALS "NO REASON FOR ALARM" FUTURE NEGOTIATIONS . LONDON. Oct. 24 The leader of the Finnish delegation to Moscow, Dr. Paasikivi, has returned to Helsinki with the Soviet's new proposals. Tho Foreign Office spokesman said there was no reason for alarm. It was not certain whether Dr. Paasikivi would again go to Moscow for further negotiations, or whether they would be carried on through normal diplomatic channels. A message from Stockholm says the Soviet Minister to Sweden, M. Kollontay, has gone to Moscow by air. The Soviet Government has now for the first time made its demands on Finland precise, according to the newspaper of th'e Finnish Foreign Minister, M. Erkko. Mention is also made of a proposal for a mutual assistance pact with Russia, which, it is pointed out, would strengthen the Soviet more than Finland. ' Before the envoys left Moscow it was stated that, they expected to return to the Soviet capital next week.
