"CHARLEY'S AUNT"
SEASON ENDS ON SATURDAY The Celebrity Comedy Company, headed by the popular comedian Don Nicol, will present the hilarious farce "Charley's Aunt" at "His Majesty's Theatre to-night. Although written many years ago, "Charley's Aunt" retains all its humorous appeal, as has been proved by the large audiences which have attended the current performances. Don Nicol is well known to New Zealand audiences, having appeared in "Balalaika" and "The White Horse Inn," both of which were presented in Auckland. No less popular is Shirley Ann .Richards, n promising Australian film actress, who appeared in leading roles iti the Ginosound productions "Lovers and Luggers" and "Dad and Davo Come to Town." "Charley's Aunt" will he presented for the last time on Saturday, and on Monday the Celebrity Comedy Company will be seen in another highly-amusing play, "Up in Mabel's Room." Booking arrangements are advertised.
