RIFLE SHOOTING
WHANGAREI MINIATURE CLUB [FROM OUR OWN COHUKSI'ONIJKNT] WHANG A RET, Wednesday Four trophy competitions were finalised at the shoot of tho Whangarei Miniature Riflo Club last night. The club championship, which carries tho Big Tree Cup, was won by M. Stewart, with 1073 points, followed by A. Higgins, 10-17, and L. Holmes, 1032. The handicap aggregate for the Mrs. Yarrow Cup was won by A. Rolfe-Smith, 3521. The Bargain Store Cup was won by S. Wither*. L. Holmes and G. Dale, with 2J137. The sclfhandieaiv aggregate, for tho Fisher Shield went to L. Holmes ON'i. Holmes, besides winning the evening trophy, also took the Tisdall Button, while the A grade rooster went, to G. Dale and the B grade to T. McKeown.
