YOUNG GIRL'S DEATH

COLLAPSE IN HOSPITAL VERDICT AT THE INQUEST [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Tuesday Medical evidence that deceased died while under an anaesthetic at the AVaikato Hospital last evening was given at the inquest held to-day into the death of Margaret Isabella O'Toole, aged nine, the daughter of Mr. F. R. O'Toolo, of Rostrevor Street, Hamilton. Further evidence was given that deceased fell while sliding down a shute at Sedclou Park yesterday >nd broke her right arm. While the arm was being set undet- a light anaesthetic the child collapsed. Artificial respiration was resorted to for over an hour, without success. A verdict in accordance with the medical evidence was returned by the coroner, Mr. F. W. Platts.
