TWO CASES AT HAMILTON [rKOM OUR OWN CORESPONDENT] HAMILTON, Tuesday Two undefended divorce cases wero hoard by the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, in the Supremo Court at Hamilton to-day. _ Stating that his wife had been living Avith the co-respondent since October, 1922, Pore ISru Nikorima (Mr. M. H. Hampson) petitioned for a divorce from Ellen Nikorima (Mr. H. J. iUcMullin). Tokotoko Arcta was named as corespondent. Petitioner stated that ho was married in 1921 and was living at Rotorua. There wore two children of the marriage, but bofore the second child Avas born, respondent left him to live with Areta. A decree nisi was granted. A decree nisi, with interim custody of one child, was granted Dorothy Gladvs Bodcn (Mr. A. L. Tompkins), who petitioned for a divorce from Keith Boclen on the grounds of an agreement to separate.
