AIR FORCE POSITIONS
FLOOD OF APPLICATIONS MEN FOR GROUND STAFF SUPPLIES OF FORMS RUN OUT [BT TELEGRAPH —SPECIAL REPORTEB] WELLINGTON. Thursday Over 2000 applications and inquiries have so far been received'in response to an advertisement published in most centres last Saturday calling for men between the ages of 18 for various ground positions, in the Royal New Zealand Air Force. The Minister of Defence, the Hon. F. Jones, said to-day that the number of positions to be filled was about 900. So great was the number of applications that the supplies of forms at Auckland.
