REFEREES' ANNUAL PICNIC The annual picnic of the Auckland Rugb.v League Referees' Association held at Mr. L. Pauling's farm at Te Atatu was largely attended. The president. Mr. L. E Bull, extended a welcome to old members and vicepresidents. , ~ , The most important presentation was that of the Carey Cup for the most improved referee of the season. This went to Mr. A.
