SOCCER GAME
SENIOR CHAMPIONSHIP MATCHES FOR . TO-MORROW The senior championship of- the Auckland Football Association, which was suspended last week owing to the representative game, will be continued to-morrow, when several interesting contests should be witnessed. Two fixtures will be decided at Blandford Park, the principal one being the meeting of Mount Albert Grammar Old Boys and Y.M.C.A. at '3 p.m. The match promises to provide a stirring struggle, as both teams have excellent performances to their credit. The improved Onehunga side should be fully a match for Comrades in the curtainraiser. '
Ponsonby should not experience much trouble from Grey Lynn in the game at Western Springs. An even struggle should result in the meeting of North Shore and Thistle at Victoria Park, while Abels and Eastern Suburbs should also be well matched at the Domain.
