MANAGEMENT QUESTION « Tho terms of the trust deed created when the Wilson Home for Crippled Children and tho Mayor of Auckland's endowment fund wore handed over to the Auckland HospitaJ Hoard were recalled by the Auckland branch of the New Zealand Crippled Children Society in a communication received by the Hospital Board last night. It was reported that a clause in the deed stated that the parties agreed to use their best endeavours to secure the passing of legislation providing that tho home should l?c managed by a committee of management subject to the control of the board. The committee was to consist of three representatives of the society and not more tluin five members appointed by the board. The board was asked whether it was its intention to promote a private bill in order to give effect to the provisions of the trust deed. it was recommended by tho Finance Committee that the letter be received and that the society be advised that tho time was not opportune for tho action it suggested. This course was adopted by the board.
