NEW YORK EXHIBITION WAR DEAD COMMEMORATED NEW YORK. July 31 Seventy New Zealandcrs resident in New York presented a bronze, plaque to the New Zealand pavilion at the World's Fair to commemorate New Zealand's war dead and dedicated to the ideals of perpetual peace. A New Zealand Society was later formed. The plaque will bo sent to r Wellington after the closing of the fair.
