BUDGET TO-NIGHT
ME. SAY AGE'S DUTY IMPROVEMENT IN HEALTH DEBATE STARTS TO-MORROW CABINET MEETING HELD [BY TELEGRAPH —SPECIAL REPORTER] WELLINGTON, Monday The Budget will be presented in the House of Representatives to-morrow night by the Prime Minister, Mr. Savage. Although Mr. Savage was not at his office to-day and was indisposed last week, it is reported that liis health is sufficiently improved to enable him to attend to-morrow night and read the Budget to the House. Following a meeting of the Cabinet that lasted the entire afternoon, the acting-leader, the Hon P. Frascr.aid this evening that the financial debate would begin on Wednesday.
