GERMANY AND RUMANIA DIFFERENCES OVER TRADE LONDON, July 11 Far-reaching differences are likely to arise between Germany and Rumania, in connection with trade, says tho Bucharest correspondent of the Daily Telegraph. Germany, at present, is asking for Rumania's entire wheat surplus, but Rumania cannot agree, because of her obligations to Britain and Franco. Tho Rumanians feel that Germany is striving to bring pressuro on them by backing tho Bulgo-Hiuigarian revisionists, which conflicts with German assurances, given in March, that if tho new trade agreement was signed, no anti-Rumanian territorial claims would bo pressed. Furthermore, the Rumanians point out that Germany's present demands exceed the scopo of tho trade pact. A German agricultural delegation, at present in Rumania, has tabled a list of demands, including even the type of crop Rumania should grow to satisfy Germany. This treatment has aroused widespread resentment.
