TROTTING FATALITY
(Received July 17, 0.35 p.m.) SYDNEY, July 17 There was a fatal accident at tho Richmond trotting meeting this afternoon. Two horses fell, and one rider, H. Phipps, aged 30, was kicked on the head and died.
