CROQUET MEETING
HILLSBORO CLUB MEMBERS ELECTION OF OFFICERS Members of the Hillsboro Croquet Club held their annual meeting reoently when the following officers were elected: —President, Mrs. F. Ward; vice-presidents, Mrs. Allen and Mrs. King; treasurer, Mrs. W. Mosloy; secretary, Mrs. J. Brand; committee, Mrs. Clarke, Mrs. Eagles, Mrs. Dalbeth, Mrs. Davidson and Mrs. Herbert; match committee, Mrs. W. Mosley. Mrs. Eagles, Mrs. Herd and Mrs. Brand. Trophies won during the season were presented to Mrs. Clarke, Mrs. Brand. Mrs. Mosley, Mrs. West and Miss Whitchousc, while Mrs. Mosley and Mrs. Stringer were the recipients of gifts on their termination of the offices of president and treasurer, respectively. HOWICK CLUB Members of the Howick Croquet Club held their annual meeting recently. The following officers were elected:—Patroness, Mrs. F. E. Allen; president, Mrs. Amiss; vice-presidents, Mrs. Roberts, Mrs. Teddingham and Mrs. Scott; secretary and treasurer, Mrs. Selwood; match committee, Mrs. Sutherland, Mrs. Roberts and Mrs. Teddingham; management committee, Mrs. Alexander, Mrs. Roberts, Mrs. Sutherland, Mrs. Teddingham, Mrs. Selwood, Mrs. Scott, -Mrs. M. Johnson, Miss Nixon and Miss Smith; delegates to association, Mrs. Wyatt and Miss Wann; auditor, Mrs. Boyes; tea convener, Mrs. Selwood.
